Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of Falcon Wallet, a wallet feature of FalconAI Messenger provided by FalconAI LLC, a Pennsylvania limited liability company ("FalconAI", "we", "us"). By using Falcon Wallet you agree to these Terms and to the FalconAI Messenger Terms.

1. What Falcon Wallet is

Falcon Wallet is software that lets you create and use your own self-custody wallet for USDC, a dollar-backed stablecoin, on the Solana network. FalconAI is a technology provider. We are not a bank, we do not hold your funds, and we cannot move funds from your wallet without your authorization. USDC is not a bank deposit and is not insured by the FDIC.

2. Partners

Adding money is provided by Stripe, Inc. (Stripe Crypto Onramp). Withdrawals to a bank account and the debit card are provided by Bridge Ventures, LLC, a Stripe company, and card issuing partners through Stripe Issuing. Those services are subject to the partners' own terms, which you accept when you use them. Identity verification (KYC) for these services is performed by the partners.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, able to form a binding contract, and located in a country where the service is offered. You may not use Falcon Wallet if you are on a sanctions list or located in a sanctioned country.

4. Your wallet and keys

Your wallet keys are created and protected on your device. You are responsible for keeping your device and your FalconAI Messenger account secure. Blockchain transactions are final: we cannot reverse a transfer once it is confirmed on the network.

5. Fees

Any fee is shown in the app before you confirm the transaction. Partner fees (for example, Stripe processing fees) are included in the amount shown.

6. Prohibited use

You may not use Falcon Wallet for illegal activity, fraud, money laundering, terrorist financing, gambling, or to buy or sell illegal goods or services. We may suspend access to the app to comply with law or to protect users.

7. Disclaimers and liability

Falcon Wallet is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, FalconAI is not liable for losses caused by blockchain networks, stablecoin issuers, partners, or your loss of access to your device. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

8. Changes and termination

We may update these Terms and will notify you in the app before changes take effect. You can stop using Falcon Wallet at any time; your wallet and funds remain yours.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, United States.
