Falcon Wallet

Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 6, 2026

This policy explains how FalconAI LLC handles personal data in Falcon Wallet. It supplements the FalconAI Messenger Privacy Policy.

What we collect

We do not collect or store your private keys. Identity documents and card or bank details are collected directly by Stripe and Bridge, not by us; we receive only the verification status and the information needed to show your transactions.

How we use it

To provide the wallet, show your balance and history, prevent fraud, comply with law, and answer support requests. We do not sell personal data and do not use it for third-party advertising.

Who we share it with

Stripe, Inc. and Bridge Ventures, LLC for payments, identity verification and cards; infrastructure providers that host our servers; and authorities when required by law.

Retention and your rights

We keep data while your account is active and as long as required by law. You can request access, correction or deletion by writing to safarov@falconai.llc. Transactions recorded on a public blockchain cannot be deleted by anyone.

Security

Data is encrypted in transit (TLS). Wallet keys never leave your device unencrypted.
